Vaccination Requirements:
All of our canine guests must be current on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPPv) and Bordetella vaccinations. Bordetella must be within 6 months of boarding. Puppies are required to have 3 sets of vaccinations prior to boarding. We require a copy of their current vaccination record. Vaccinations must be administered by a licensed veterinarian.
Canines must be on a regular flea and tick program like Comfortis, Frontline, Revolution or Advantix.
Reservation Policy:
We require a reservation for all of our guests. If you need to cancel your reservation, we would appreciate a 48 hour notice.
Check-in/Check-out Policy:
To offer more flexibility, check-in and check-out will be by appointment. You are charged a full day the day the pet checks in. Check out time is by 10 a.m. the day after. After 10 a.m. you will be charged a full day of boarding.
Payment Policy:
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. At this time, only cash and checks are accepted.
Emergency:
If for any reason your canine must have immediate attention, we will contact your Veterinarian at once. We will administer any special diets and oral medication at no additional charge.
